RITU KUMAR Wallpapers are offered in two qualities- Royal Touch & Canvas textured. Royal Touch is a smooth glossy paper while Canvas is a matte textured base. Colours for the same print differ on the two surfaces.
Our Wallpapers are sold in a standard sized roll of 33 Feet in Length & 4 Feet in width. Each roll can cover an approximate area of 125 Sq. feet. Actual coverage depends on a range of factors – pattern repeat, condition of the walls, presence of niches/pillars etc. Our Wallpaper prices does not include installation services. Please refer our Installation section for details.
Our online Wallpaper calculator tool helps to estimate and decide the number of rolls required however, we suggest consulting an applicator for exact measurement and requirement.
Our Wallpapers are compatible with all kinds of surfaces and materials – mainly walls, ceilings, MDF and ply boards. Please note that all of these surfaces should be first covered with primer and putty to be evened out. The adhesive used is water based, ready to use and works with a variety of substrates, making it the perfect choice for all installations.
1.Can I order a sample swatch? How do I do this?
Sorry, currently we do not offer sample swatches.
2.How long will it take once I have placed the order?
Once you place an order with us on our website, or at our retail stores, it will take approximately 10-12 business days for us to ship the product. Based on the delivery location within India or Internationally it might take another 2-10 days for us to deliver this product.
3.Do I have to pay any additional charges towards courier & handling?
We offer free delivery in India on selected pin codes serviced by our logistics partners. We offer free shipping on orders above INR 23,000 (equivalent in your local currency) Internationally also. However, Duties & Custom charges for International delivery, if any, are not included in the product pricing and this has to be paid by you in case applicable directly to our logistics partners.
Our dedicated team of applicators are experienced and have been trained by specialists. Our installation services ensure on-time delivery, unmatched quality and seamless execution. The installation process generally takes 1 day for a wall that measures 150 Sq. feet. However, installation time also depends on the area to be covered. Post installation, Wallpapers usually take 24-48 hours to dry completely.
1. What is the process to install Wallpaper?
Wallpaper installation services can be availed by booking an appointment with us by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org .This service is only available within India and will include a minimal labour fee.
2. What do the application charges include?
It includes labour and raw material for application. Ritika Private Limited, charges Rs. 2000 per roll for application and this price includes sealer, adhesive and labour costs. Please note that this is the application charge only, and not the actual price of the Wallpaper roll.
3. How long will the installation process take?
The installation process generally takes one day for a wall that measures 150 sq. ft. However, installation time will depend on the area to be covered. After installation, the Wallpaper generally take 24-48 hours to dry completely.
4. Can I return any extra Wallpaper that I am left with after installation?
Sorry, we do not accept any returns.
Our Wallpapers are relatively easy to maintain. When vacuuming, use a soft brush attachment to avoid damaging the texture of the wallpaper. Some of our Wallpapers can also be cleaned gently using a wet sponge. Do not use soap or detergent as these would lead to colour and texture damage.
1. How do I maintain the Wallpaper?
You can lightly dust it off or if something is spilled on it, you could wipe it with a clean damp cloth – but no soap or detergent to be used as that would damage the colours.
2. How do I treat cuts and peeling?
In case of Wallpaper damage, the affected area can be replaced with the same pattern. This requires a bit of care (to avoid ruining the surrounding area). Cuts cannot be treated. It might be best to contact your nearby retailer. In the rare scenario of the Wallpaper peeling, it can be set right with a suitable adhesive. However, if the peeling has been caused by wall damage, like a leakage or moisture problem, the Wallpapers can only be re-fixed once the core issue has been resolved.
Wallpaper is not covered under any warranty, however, we offer 4-year warranty on non-fading of colours, when applied as per the mandated application procedure.
